Is there anyone you trust who knows about the SH and who you could give your blades to? That way they'd be 1)out of sight so not as easy to use and 2)you could have someone to talk to if you get the urges? That said if i'm in that state of mind i'll use whatever i can find :(

The thing is i'd still find something to cut with ive smashed a mirror before to get a sharp edge =/ Some people know ive cut but they dont knwo that it is a big issue in my life. To be completely honest with myself i think SH could be the thing that kills me i just cant see myself controlling it pr getitng help and stopping

That or maybe talking to your parents, I know they might be kind of upset at first but it can really help

Ri-Ri that's what you need, you need somebody who's going to be extreme with you... someone who's going to do wrist checks daily, take you to the hospital (which from what I heard can be fun as long as your not there for longer than a month)

Hiya, I just wanted to let people know that Self-Harm is something that you can beat. I've been there and I know it seems like it's not something you're ever going to leave behind. But you can do it. It takes time and a lot of strength but it's worth it in the end. I haven't self-harmed for over two years and I don't think I ever will again. If you live in the UK, I recommend ChildLine if you ever want to talk to someone. Hope this helps. :) x

^ well done you =] Yehh i was clean for around 5 months or so but then obviously when my dad died i resorted to the only thing i knew. Im not going to feel sorry for myself people have it alot harder than i do but i must say i havent had it as easy as others i think its just my safety net i like to know i can do it if i need to.

ihgirnifrenifberujb AGHHH I failed :'[[ I cut last night only 2 little ones but still >.< Wow 3 years is quite long but im coming up to 5 years of cutting its no fun D:
