Hi everyone:) I wanted some help with my food because I used to live off tomato soup, dry toast, tic tacs and bottled water. Since I got my braces I don't want to eat full stop (it huuuurt!) and I need help pronto! As it is I'm 5"9, 85 lbs, and I feel pretty self conscious..... Help! Is there anything I can eat that won't feel like its killing my mouth? Thanks:)

I have braces, dont worry thy dont hurt too long, just stick with as much liquids as possible and they to stay away from foods that are hard to tear apart and chew, like broth or steak, etc.

Mash potato is good :) Also i find sucking on throat lozenges helped numbs my gums a bit when i had braces
