About Me

About me? I tend to be the weirdest of the bunch. There are a few people who I don't know what I'd do without in my life, I really wouldn't. I like to think I'm a friendly person who gets on well with people. I do speak my mind if someone raises an important issue though, whether they wish to listen to my on-going rant or not. :D
As you can tell, I'm in to a lot of Anime films. There's nothing better then sitting down watching a film with a nice cappuccino :D I do a lot of computer art, always loved anything to do with Media. :D

So go on, say hi! :D

Never stand still weekends and Andys self-guidelines part (lost count now :P): Yeah wasnt my best weekend, lots of silly people doing silly things and this one turned into a bit of an annoyance as well, but its now over again and looking forward to next weekend as its the bank holiday. Got a South Yorkshire Pride warm up event and then SpeedQueen on the Sunday, this should be great fun. Something happened that was very much wrong and confusing though, I kissed my exs now new ex-boyfriend, a few times! I have no idea why it particularly happened as I had never really thought about him that way, I hadnt even had a few drinks so cant blame that, it was a bit strange and really shouldnt have happened. However I cant say that it was unpleasant or anything, I have text him a few times since, and he has text me. Im just a bit unsure if it would be a wise thing to get involved with him, I can already see how its going to look and I kind of think one he may be on the rebound and two it just seems a strange situation, and not that I would care what anyone thinks, but if too many people are making comments, being bitchy, having a go etc, I do have a level where I just get wound up and will start having rather rant like confrontations with people. :-s Well, it was maybe a good idea that you stayed in if you werent very well, but when your feeling ill and perhaps would like to go out, I just find that it can make for a rather boring weekend. Yeah definitely fill me in on the details of what you get up to.

Rocking the casbah to tire me out. :P: Hmmm you could be right, although perhaps I should clarify; its not very often that I have meaningful exchanges with someone. It does take me quite a quite a while to get close to someone and I often get somewhat freaked out by it all if I do start getting close with someone and then end up on a mission to find things wrong with the person and ultimately end it. Hehe, but maybe if I do engage in more horizontal aerobics then it might tire me out, but I wouldnt be too hopeful. :-s. I didnt sleep at all after Thursday night until last night (Sunday) and even then I only slept for about three and a bit hours. Woke up this morning about 5am and feel perfectly fine, I think I am just incapable of sleeping for long periods, Im going to have to try spiking my own drinks with Rohypnol, lol. :P Annoying neighbours / chavs / bottom feeders / embarrassment to society: Yeah really not what you need when youre trying to prepare for exams, specially as it GCSEs and you really do need to do well in them. I have often thought of arranging a slight a slight explosion at the neighbours, a few well placed pipe bombs (can send you the instructions on how to build them if you want :D), perhaps an unfortunate leak in the gas line. :D Im sure no one would really get too upset about a few less chavs in the world. :P

Yeah that pretty much sums up chavs, I dont know why they seem to think that anyone cares what such people have to say. Haha yeah as long as they never attempt to suggest that I am a chav, I cant see me every getting to bothered about anything they would say to me. :D I really have no issue with people yelling things at me, I just think idiot. As you say, being gay is more well-tolerated these days, but yeah there are still a lot of people who are very much bigoted in their attitudes, just because someone is different to themselves, why does it really have any impact on their lives in anyway. I am guessing my neighbours just worked it out for themselves, I wouldnt say I was camp or anything, but I do recognise that I may speak with a bit of a stereotypical gay man, I do sometimes when going out wear a few erm interesting outfits that a straight man would just simply not wear and I assume when myself and friends are staggering home at stupid times, singing such classics as Around the old camp fire, and dancing down the streets, then I can see that it was relatively easy to work it out. :D Hehe, I guess you was unlucky, perhaps I need to move down south. :P Alcohol and drug life: Haha, sometimes alcohol is my saviour and own worst enemy at the same time. I used to love Baileys, but then went off it and not had any for years. My trademark drink at the moment appears to be black sambuca shots, no idea why, just got bought one a few weeks ago and have been loving them since then, sure I will get bored soon. :P

Yeah it was a bad thing to get into, was completely my own choice, I will be honest and admit that I wanted to try them, but the buzz you can get from them can be quite addictive and maybe because of ADHD, chaotic mind etc I just got dependant on them. I just got to the point where they had taken over my life and it was pretty much all I had on my mind and when I could get them next, so although it took me a while, I just knew I had to change. Something Ive realised is that once you become addicted to drugs, you will always be an addict and could get back into it so easily. Its just I choose now not to take them, and willpower alone stops me from going back there. Aww thankies, I suppose I should be proud of myself too for getting out of it all. :) Insomnia, half nocturnal rodent: Haha, yeah although it was kind of quite impressive just how long I lasted, it wasnt one of the best ideas I have had. I was pretty much just taking gibberish by the end and although my mind doesnt particularly work in a normal fashion anyway, a mind without sleep for that amount of time can produce some strange thoughts, hallucinations and generally just descend into madness. :P Hehe, well I do like to think that I perhaps have some depth and multiple aspects that make me, me. As Ive said before I acknowledge I am rather strange, but yes I suppose that does make me interesting. :D I have now adopted gay dude into my dictionary and have been using it to full affect. :P Yeah I almost got rid of my own MySpace a time or two but I knew I would just get bugged to get an account again, so Ive just left it for that sake, and sign in once in a while.

Honesty, truth and intelligent conversation: Hehe, of course you can always talk about yourself, theres no harm in a little self indulgence when you feel its necessary. :D Erm no, ever since then, like I say, I make no effort to fit into what anyone else appears to want me too, Im just me, take it or leave it. Yeah, I dont think anyone would be happy being left hanging which is why I never understand people who do it to others, must just be the pure selfish attitude of some people. I can be somewhat reserved with people unless I pretty much hit it off with them from the start, but if they can put me at ease, then I have been told, as you suggest that I am quite easy to talk to, or was it just that Im easy, I forget. :P Incomplete, unfilled and poorly thought out profiles: Hmmm yes I think until we can manage to educate the rest of the world on making at least some effort with their profiles, this could become a constant topic of discussion. Haha, yes you just might, I think I have one that I used to dance on at Fairy Likuid, that may have been more of a podium, but it will have the same effect. :P

Hehe, Im not always right, its just that my thoughts and attitudes are often the correct ones. :P Hmmm my strangeness often gets discussed apparently between my friends, but I guess if they didnt like it, then we wouldnt be friends. Dont worry I can be pretty shy with people I dont really know too well, or people who dont put me at ease. I think I have just learnt to be able to put my shyness to one side if I need to, but it did take a very long time before I was able to that so it will come to you. Haha, yes the signature does pop up from time to time. :P Just be thankful that I didnt follow an idea I once had of copyrighting all my little beliefs. :D Beliefs and religion: Haha, actually I dont really watch Catherine Tate, I watched a couple as a friend mentioned that he had seen my Grandma on television and suggested I watch Catherine Tate. So I watch a couple of episodes and I do have to admit that was pretty much how my Grandma used to be and it did make me chuckle. However Ive not really watched it much, not really my sort of thing. So I hope that puts your fears and disappointments to rest. :P

Painted nails and such a gay night: Hehe, yes I will admit I had quite a bit more attention than I usually get, and of course I didnt in anyway feel smug or take full advantage of it all. ;-) Hmmm my friend still hasnt got round to sending me the pictures as yet, but I shall be sure to forward them to you when I do receive them. Hehe, not quite sure why I added it to the first comment. The second one should have on the end of me quoting one of my beliefs. :P Acquiring words & phrases from friends: Hehe, yeah sometimes you just find yourself having adopted a new word. Ok, at least you now know its not a dismissive comment. Im actually managing to use cool beans now instead of coolies, everyone uses coolies in my area now and I have no desire to be a sheep. :P Haha, yes I have noticed you have something of a gift for relating words and phrases to something sexual. :P Has your cold eased up at all? I think I can feel one coming on, I shall be hammering the vitamin c and having a tot of whiskey in my tea to try and stop it before it starts. Pain, queuing and desktop computer hunchback syndrome: Haha, dont worry I often get associated with being an infant. :P I sometimes do act like one. :D

I think I would quite frankly die without my laptop, seems to go everywhere with me and its the only one of my various computers that I do backup. If I lost all the data on there it would be a disaster. Tantra! Youre making me blush! :-o Although Ive never had any complaints. ;-) Yeah I cant help but notice that people aged from like 10 to 14 increasingly have poor grammar skills, Im quite shocked by some of my younger cousins very poor reading, writing and grammar skills. Its quite disturbing to think that this generation of going to be so poorly developed in what should now really be a refined essential part of their education. Haha, hmmm I havent quite crossed over to the dark side of having botox and such treatments. Hehe I have shaved my legs in the past, when required e.g. drag nights, which now feature on the do not speak of list and whilst working as a dancer for various gay bars. :-s These days though, I really dont feel the need or that its appropriate. :P

Stereotypes: Hehe, I thought that you would enjoy the story of my coming out. It has gone down as something of a legendary coming out amongst my friends and is now told as part of the education given when one of us adopts a new child (term we give when someone who has just come out starts attending the gay scene and we seem to take them under our wing to make sure they dont get taken advantage of by some of the more unsavoury people that are found on most scenes, and can become prepared I suppose for life as a gay person. The scene can be a harsh world and we have seen it destroy people, newly out and even those who have been part of it for years). I have now lost count of the number of children who I have adopted; I really should look into claiming child benefit. :P Between us (usually referred to as The Random Family just in case I use the term in the future in our conversations. :D), when we last counted I think we had just hit the 400 mark and that was about 18 months ago. :D They practically can walk out of Miss Bambi Dexterous and Miss Enid Whiplash. :P Fun, fun, fun: I hate it when a cold takes hold, Ive been ill with various things over the years, but if a cold takes hold I always feel so completely drained by it, not fun. :-s I shall be sure to send you some when he does them. :D Music: Hehe good, good and you are most welcome. :D Gay bars: Hehe, Im just wondering what type of gay films you have been watching, I dread to think. :P Haha, yes I am somewhat quite fortunate with being able to conveniently get out of embarrassing photos coming to light. There are a few that slip through the net, there are some very disturbing ones of me in drag on facebook I think, that often get found. :-s

Hmmm yes Fairy Likuid was a little tongue in cheek. However it was far better than a few ideas we came up with Queens Manjuice was one I think, Bend & Brace was another, Your place or mine? :P There was a few names banded about but Fairy Likuid was the one we agreed upon. :D Haha yeah we did used to play the jingle from the advert at the start of the night and had lots of fun with various ways of demonstrating a little can go a long way. :P Hehe, they are just a few of the more memorable ones, there are so many others but it could take forever to remember and get them all added in. Haha, well I had to add the Chav one, it was quite a good one. :D History books are now officially burned. :D Vegetarianism: Yeah, I think some people perhaps do it to try and look cool or something sometimes, but Like you, I think its more of something you believe in rather than trying to look cool or anything. Probably the hardest thing Ive ever had to do having to start eating meat again, I got in a right state over it all, was on antidepressants for a long time after, really got to me but was something that I just had to do or I was going to end up seriously ill, but I still hated it and I cant really say I enjoy eating meat now, I tend to have to smoother meat in a strongly flavoured sauce or gravy of some kind and have to try and convince myself that Im eating some kind of vegetable or something.
