How to stop jealousy and suicidal thoughts? Sep 19 2011, 05:03 PM

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 9 months, and it hit me today that I'm very jealous. He's flirting with another girl and takes the bus home with her. She's not that gorgeous, but she's everything I want to be. I have a low self esteem which is why I feel so jealous, I suppose. What can I possibly do? I can't end it cos I love him, but I don't want to feel this way anymore. Then besides that, I'm dealing with my own suicidal thoughts. Help me?

Have you tried just talking to him about it? Not all interaction with another female is flirting. If he is..losing his feelings a bit, do something romantic with him. Remind him what gave you two the spark that started it all. :)

Yes I have. I confronted him, I don't keep anything a secret between us. I saw the messages myself, he was flirting with her, and did so last night as well when we were arguing about her. I cried in front of him, I couldn't hold it in. I'm so sad :(

aww don't cry over him sweetie :( that is the worst kind of situation a girl can face...i have been their before too and the advice I can give you now is don't waste your time on a guy like that...because he is not worth crying over if he did such an act towards you. Somebody out there will care more and then he will realize what an a** he was when he did that to you. It just shows who you can trust vs those you can not. I hope you get through this and please don't think suicidal...because then you will never met the boy destined to be with you. ^_^ Hope this helps.

i know how it feels i treated my girlfriend so well and she left me for another guy and that night was one of the worst ever i wrecked a bike then got hit by a car busted out my teeth, tore my face up and spent the night in the hospitol this all happened last weekend and all i think about is her with him whenever i try to sleep all i see is them together and it gets to me and i end up crying myself to sleep its hard when some one u realy truly care about hurts u so bad and u get them out of your mind

My advice now is to try and do something romantic/fun, but if this continues maybe he just isn't the one for you. You can only try so hard..

Thanks you guys :/ Well I broke up with him last night but today in the morning he begged & promised to change so we got back together. But I still feel a little hurt you know? Well let's see what happens >.<
