Yeah I would say I can be both at times... depends on my mood, like if i was having a bad anxiety day where i would be very introverted or going through a phase of not sleeping where i can be hyper and outgoing etc.

I generally avoid People all together because of my Anxiety issues among other things so i'd say quiet and shy.

well, usually I'm all quiet because I dont know any body and I dont feel like saying any thing, and then sometimes when I'm realy wanting company I'll pertend I'm extraverted or something, and try to start a conversation with peaople that I dont know, (but that doesn't realy work cause I have no social skill to pull that off).

I'm mostly just introverted because i don't care about people around me, that makes me quiet i guess. I just like being in my own world were no one can hurt me however i do love socialising with my friends. It depends on the day i'm having mostly i'm the socially awkward less "out there friend" that just sits there but when i'm feeling high i do random shit.
